On the mysteryhysteria.com website, three product categories are offered according to amount. The buyer selects a category according to his budget and finalises the order. The concept of mysteryhysteria.com is that only the amount can be selected and the item is a surprise.

Basically, nothing is revealed about which items are involved. However, mysteryhysteria.com makes one promise: the item that is sent to the buyer is always worth many times more than the price paid in the shop.

1. The items in the shop are not revealed. The buyer can only set their budget, but cannot select an item.
2. Items can be sent (by post) or, in the case of digital goods, by e-mail.
3. No returns, No guarantee.

Everything else is governed by the Swiss Code of Obligations. The place of jurisdiction is the domicile of the dealer.
